My client wanted to experience the empowerment she’s heard from many BUT was still feeling a bit shy and uneasy with her new postpartum body. When I announced my new After Dark Sessions she JUMPED on it immediately. We do it at night and the only light we use is artificial. So, we have complete control over how dark & moody we’d like.
